To place an order with us you must first have an account with us. If you do not have an account with us please view our 'Create an Account' page.

Login to our site

If you already have an account with us you will need to login to the site to place an order.

To login press the login button at the top right of the page and enter your email address and password.

If you already have an account with us but do not have your login details for the website, please contact our sales office on 0116 230 2555 to obtain your details.

Once you are logged in you will be able to view your prices for each product and place an order

Finding Products to Order

To place an order you need to first find the products that you wish to order. You can use the search box at the top of the page or the menus on the left hand side to browse our products.

Once you find what you are looking for press the 'Add to basket' button to add the item to your basket.

You will see that the shopping basket on the right hand side of the page will be updated with the new products.

Please note that all prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the checkout stage

Placing your Order

Once you are happy with the contents of your basket press the continue button to confirm your address details. The postage charge, if any, will also be added at this stage.

If you are happy with the details on this page press the 'Continue' button again to select your payment methods.

Here you can select to either pay on account if you have a credit account setup with us, or to pay by credit/debit card.

You can login to your account at any time to check the status of your order
