The view backorders icon in your account allows you to view all of the items that you currently have on backorder with us. This is not just limited to internet orders but to any order that you have placed with us
This is updated daily and will provide the following information.
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Product Code
- Product Description
- Quantity Ordered
- Quantity Delivered
- Quantity Outstanding
Items may be placed on backorder for a number of reasons
- At the time of ordering the item is out of stock. The out of stock item will automatically be placed on backorder unless you have requested not too have backorders
- You have pre-ordered an item to guarentee stock off of our next delivery

Please have your account number, order number and the stock codes of the items that you wish to cancel to hand
