Do you sell directly to florists?

Unfortunately we will not supply florists directly. If you are a florist please call our offices and we will be able to recommend the nearest reseller that you can purchase from. Alternatively look for the APAC official stockist logo and our wholesalers websites.

Do you sell directly to the public?

We do not sell our products directly to the public. To purchase from us you will need to contact one of our resellers. To find your nearest reseller please contact our offices. Alternatively look for the APAC official stockist logo and our wholesalers websites.

About Our Prices

How can I view your prices online?

You can only view our prices online if you have applied for an account through our website and it has been approved by a member of staff at APAC Packaging Ltd.

Do your prices include VAT?

All of the prices on our website exclude VAT. VAT will be added when you add products to your shopping basket. 

About Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

For all orders greater than £300 nett delivery is free of charge to the UK mainland.

The minimum order value for shipments containing glass or fragile items is £300 nett to the UK mainland, and £500 nett to Northern Ireland, Ireland and any offshore islands. We do not ship orders below this value.

As usual our standard payment and delivery terms will apply when ordering through our site, the delivery charge only applies to UK mainland only, Overseas are FOB therefore additional freight costs will be payable by the customer.

Which courier service do you use?

If possible we will deliver your order using our own transport. We are able to cover most of the UK with our vehicles.  

For smaller orders and for areas that we do not cover with our own transport we will use Translink express or parcelforce.  

Delivery Times?

Where stock is available the majority of deliveries to the UK mainland will be made within 7 working days.

Deliveries will be made on a weekday between 9 and 6, and all deliveries will require a signature.

It is not possible to specify a delivery time.

Create an Account

How do I setup an account with APAC Packaging Ltd?

If you are a new customer you can apply for an account online, using the registration form. If your application is accepted you will receive a welcome email with information about our prices and how to order.

Please note that we do not supply to florists, flower shops or members of the public. We also reserve the right to refuse to trade with any companies, if it is likely to effect our current business relationships.

If you will be placing weekly orders of £300 nett or more, credit accounts are available on request.

I have an account with APAC Packaging Ltd but do not have my login details for your site?

If you already have an account with us but do not know your login details for our site you can either call our sales office on 0116 230 2555 and they will setup your website account or you can apply for an account online by pressing the register button.  

If you apply online you will be asked to fill out a few details including your company name and address. Once you have submitted the form to us it will need to be approved by a member of staff at APAC before you can order from our site.  

Once your account has been approved you will be able to login and place orders through our website.

Ordering

The minimum carriage paid order to the UK mainland is £300 nett. 

The minimum order that we will ship to Northern Ireland / Ireland is £500 nett. We will not ship orders below this value.

If you have a credit account we will group orders together where possible to avoid carriage charges. This means that you can place lots of small orders throughout the day rather than one large order.

We do not group orders to previous orders that have been partially shipped.

Carton Quantities

All products must be purchased by the full carton quantity as listed online. We do not split cartons.
