Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value that we will despatch is £300 nett.

For Ireland and Northern Ireland the minimum order value is £500 nett.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept or despatch orders below this value.

UK Mainland Deliveries

Deliveries to the UK mainland can take upto 5 working days.

Next day, timed deliveries and saturday deliveries will incur additional charges.

Next day delivery is not available on all consignments.

Pallet Deliveries

The majority of our orders will be delivered using a pallet service. In the event that we are unable to deliver because the recipient is not at the premises, there will be a redelivery charge of £35 ex Vat for each subsequent delivery attempt.

We cannot leave deliveries unattended.

Irish Deliveries

We despatch to Ireland on friday morning. All orders must reach us by Wednesday evening to be included in the same weeks despatch. Orders received after this time will not be despatched until the following friday.

As usual our standard payment and delivery terms will apply when ordering through our site, the delivery charge applies to the UK mainland only, Overseas are FOB therefore additional freight costs will be payable by the customer.
